 Jeanette Murray-Hall is a Master's level mental health counselor, licensed by the state of Pennsylvania, and board certified by the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC). Ms. Murray-Hall graduated in 1993, from the University of Rochester, with a Master of Science in Counseling and Human Development. In 1995, she completed advanced training in the practice of cognitive therapy, from the Cleveland Institute of Cognitive Therapy, and in 2011, she completed all competency requirements for Parent Child Interaction Therapy from the University of Pittsburgh.

Ms. Murray-Hall worked for 14 years in an urban day treatment program in Rochester, New York, serving adults with serious mental illness. Since then, she has spent almost another 20 years working in a variety of settings, both inpatient and outpatient, and in private and community agency settings. Her specializations include treatment of anxiety, depression and OCD, utilizing a combination of cognitive therapy, exposure response prevention and interpersonal therapy. She also has specializations in play therapy techniques for children, and is able to provide guidance to parents on evidence based techniques for managing difficult behaviors. Other areas of interest include adjustment disorders, bereavement, intellectual disability, and behavioral issues.
